Requirements
What we're looking for
Fluent Portuguese and B2/C1 English;
High sense of responsibility, autonomy, organization, and problem-solving ability.
Nice to have
Knowledge of SAP IDocs;
Experience with integration and middleware platforms, namely:
Microsoft BizTalk;
TIBCO;
IBM Integration;
Azure Integration Services.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or retail environments;
Knowledge of VAN (Value Added Networks) platforms;
Experience in post-go-live and hypercare support activities;
Experience in continuous improvement of support and monitoring processes.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
€2,100-€2,300 gross per month.

The role

We are currently looking for a Senior Integration Support to join a technology project in Lisbon.
What you'll do
3 to 5 years of experience in application support, EDI support, integration support, or enterprise systems;
Experience in production environments, with direct contact with users, business teams, and technical teams;
Solid knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and the main business flows: ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV, and RECADV;
Experience in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents related to integrations and enterprise data flows;
Knowledge of XML, EDI, and B2B integrations;
Experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, messages, and monitoring alerts;
Knowledge of SFTP and FTP protocols;
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
Experience in monitoring integrations, validation, and reprocessing of EDI messages;
Ability to collaborate with technical teams, clients, suppliers, and partners in incident resolution;
Experience in performing functional tests and validation of fixes;
Ability to document incidents, procedures, and solutions;
