Incident Manager - Lisbon

• Senior Consultant with experience in Incident Management and Major Incidents, familiar with ITIL / IT Service Management practices, capable of coordinating end-to-end incidents, managing priorities, mobilizing technical teams, and ensuring clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Critical capacity for analyzing day-to-day incidents in order to identify trends and recurrences.
• Integration with other ITIL practices, namely, Problem Management.

• Professional experience in the field;
• Experience in managing critical incidents and problems (vendors and internal clients);
• Experience in producing documentation;
• High communication skills;
• Experience using ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
• Fluent (oral and written) in English; Spanish (B1 level);
• Valued Certifications: ITIL 4: Foundation.
