IT Technician (M/F)

A RESINORTE - Valorização e Tratamento de Resíduos Sólidos, S. A. has as its mission the exploration and management of the multi-municipal system for sorting, collection, recovery, and treatment of urban waste in the north-central region, contributing to the sustainable development of the region and the country and to the maximization of human well-being through the creation of value while respecting the legal requirements established for its area of activity.
At this time, we are reinforcing our structure with an IT Technician (M/F)

• Execute the activities underlying the Technology and Information Systems area, in order to promote the achievement of its objectives, the optimization of the service provided, and an effective response to user needs;
• Perform the internal procedures applicable to the Technology and Information Systems area, aiming for the efficient functioning of the processes underlying it;
• Proceed diligently in the resolution of incidents, according to the hierarchy of importance;
• Develop functional knowledge in order to have a comprehensive approach to the requests directed to them;
• Collaborate in the preparation, proposal, and monitoring of the area's activity plan and budget, with a view to ensuring the contribution to the area's results and the quality of the service provided;
• Consolidate and prepare the data supporting the reporting and monitoring of the area's activity, so as to provide, on one hand, timely, rigorous, and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making, and on the other, the identification and implementation of improvement actions.
