Service Desk Technician

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician

• Registration and handling of incidents via telephone or written communication (email or other);

• Troubleshooting and monitoring the resolution of faults;

• Contact with first-line technicians;

• Execution of activity reports;

• Experience in telephone customer service.
• Knowledge of microcomputing.
• Availability for Shifts: 24/7 [08h-16h00; 16h00-24h00; 00h00-08h00];

Location: Portugal

Regime: On-site

Salary range: 1,000 € gross monthly + 230€ shift allowance

Note: Includes all components: fixed remuneration, variable remuneration, meal allowance, remote work, and benefits.
