IT Infrastructure & Operations Technician - Porto

• Technical or higher education in Networks, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a similar area;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Previous experience in infrastructure, network, or systems support roles;
• Experience in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment;
• Experience in IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and Wi-Fi).
• Experience in the configuration of switches and access points.
• Knowledge of firewalls and network security.
• Experience with virtualization environments, preferably Proxmox.
• Knowledge of CCTV and video surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of mobile communications (4G/5G) and, ideally, satellite communications.
• Familiarity with multimedia systems, IPTV, audio/video, and projection systems.
• Hands-on profile oriented towards problem-solving;
• High autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in an operational and field environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility and availability for frequent travel;
• Ability to organize and manage priorities;
• Driver's license (mandatory).

• Provide on-site technical support for technological infrastructure;
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to networks, systems, communications, and IT equipment;
• Install, configure, and maintain switches, access points, and other network equipment;
• Ensure the functioning of Wi-Fi networks, data connections, and communications;
• Administer and provide support for firewalls and security equipment;
• Perform maintenance and support for local servers and virtualized environments (Proxmox);
• Install, replace, and repair technological equipment whenever necessary (Access Points, TVs, projection systems, sound equipment, among others);
• Guarantee the operability of CCTV, IPTV, video, audio, and multimedia systems;
• Support terrestrial and satellite communications infrastructures;
• Analyze and correct synchronization, connectivity, or remote access problems;
• Perform direct technical interventions whenever remote resolution is not possible;
• Support the implementation and renewal of the fleet's technological infrastructures;
• Coordinate technical interventions with external suppliers when necessary;
• Participate in the rotating on-call regime, ensuring response to critical incidents outside of normal working hours.

• Availability for on-site work in the Porto/Gaia area;
• Availability for regular travel along the Rio Douro operation using the vehicle that the client will provide for this purpose;
• Availability to join the rotating on-call regime (1 week per month).
