What we're looking for
- Over 3 years of experience in systems administration and Microsoft Active Directory platform management;
- Professional experience in the creation, implementation, and management of GPOs and farm management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving component;
- Use and administration of Microsoft environments;
- Familiarity with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000;
- Scripting languages (powershell);
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server);
- 24/7 support, with an on-call regime.
The role
What you'll do
- 2nd and 3rd line support;
- Implementation, migration, administration, and support of multi-technology platforms;
- Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools;
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
- Analysis and resolution of vulnerabilities;
- Knowledge of procedures and participation in the task automation process;
- Communication with Technical teams;
- Construction and updating of documentation and support materials for service support.
