Service Desk (POS terminals)

• Provide specialized xPOS technical support to TPA MULTIBANCO Network stakeholder suppliers, via telephone or email, using diagnostic tools to restore normal terminal operation;
• Analyze messages exchanged between terminals and SIBS against functional specifications, detecting inconsistencies or errors;
• Manage the incident and breakdown resolution cycle, from identification to closure with technical assistance suppliers and/or customers;
• Monitor the availability of xPOS, MULTIBANCO, and other terminal networks, at national and international levels;
• Manage activation requests and security key generation for POS, according to the operating model and defined service levels.
