What you'll do
- Provide specialized technical support for POS/xPOS payment terminals, via telephone and email, using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve operational issues;
- Analyze messages exchanged between terminals and payment systems, identifying inconsistencies or errors against functional specifications;
- Manage the lifecycle of incidents and faults, from identification and diagnosis to resolution and closure, in coordination with suppliers and customers;
- Monitor the availability and operation of POS/xPOS and MULTIBANCO terminal networks, at national and international levels;
- Manage requests for terminal activation and the generation of security keys for POS, in accordance with defined procedures and service levels.
How you'll work
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x per week in the Lisbon office).
