DevOps Engineer - (CI/CD and GitHub Platform) Porto

Noesis is looking for the following profile to contribute to the internal development platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and easy-to-use tools, pipelines, and processes. Work autonomously on well-defined problems and contribute to the team's technical decisions.

• Evolve the self-service GitHub repository platform, which ensures pipelines, access control, and documentation from day one.
• Participate in the large-scale migration of Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Contribute to the continuous adoption of development support tools, including security and quality.
• Support engineering performance measurement with DORA Metrics.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into the development cycle.
• Provide continuous support to development teams.

• AI applied to development: use and integration of AI assistants and agents in engineering workflows and pipelines, with security and governance best practices (data protection, human review).

• GitHub Enterprise Cloud: administration, EMU, rulesets, auditing.
• Git / GitHub: branching, PRs, branch protection, CODEOWNERS, permissions.
• REST APIs and GitHub API (REST / GraphQL).

• GitHub Actions: reusable workflows, composite actions, matrices, caching, runners (hosted and self-hosted), secrets / environments.
• Jenkins ( Jenkinsfile / Groovy ) and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Large-scale CI/CD migrations.

• Bash and Python ( or Node.js / TypeScript, Go ) for automation and tooling.
• Linux ( preferably RHEL-like ) and Docker / Podman.

• Pipeline security.
• Quality and security tools in the pipeline: SonarQube, Corgea, Trivy, Dependabot, CodeQL, SBOM.

• Backstage or Internal Developer Platform concepts.
• DORA Metrics and dashboards ( Grafana, Power BI ).
• IaC: solid knowledge of Terraform or equivalent.
• Kubernetes and cloud ( Azure, AWS, GCP ).
• Artifact management ( Artifactory, Nexus or GitHub Packages ) and Ansible.
• Observability ( Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch ).

Work arrangement: hybrid ( 2x per week in the office )
