What we're looking for

3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Hands-on experience with Hyper-V or VMware, including vSphere, ESXi or vCenter, clustering, and shared storage.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools and processes.
Experience in managing HPE server and storage hardware.
PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
English Level: B2/C1 (contact with international teams)

Nice to have

Microsoft certifications, such as AZ-104 or MD-102, VMware VCP, ITIL, or similar.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep or Terraform and Git-based workflows.
SQL Server database administration.
Experience in OT/industrial environments or collaboration with automation vendors.
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and security hardening, for example CIS Benchmarks.
Experience in regulated environments, specifically NIS2 or ISO 27001.

Working arrangement: hybrid, 2x per week in the office

Availability for travel abroad.

The role

What you'll do

Build and operate on-premises servers, storage, and virtualization platforms in offices and production sites, including OT hosting environments.
Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including the domain services of the production environment.
Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, preferably through Infrastructure as Code.
Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery, including regular restore tests and offline backups for OT systems.
Execute patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation on servers and endpoints.
Manage the hardware lifecycle with vendors, from procurement and installation to support and replacement.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, runbooks, and monitoring.
Support incident response in coordination with the security team and the managed SOC.
