IT Services Manager

• Develop and implement strategic plans to provide IT services aligned with the organization's objectives and needs;

• Supervise the delivery of IT services, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and maintained. This may include the management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests;

• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure that the services provided comply with the standards and requirements established by the organization;

• Manage the human, financial, and technological resources necessary to provide IT services effectively and efficiently;

• Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery processes, procedures, and systems and implement changes to increase service efficiency and quality;

• Assess and mitigate risks related to information security and ensure compliance with applicable security standards and regulations;

• Handle critical incidents and resolve problems quickly and effectively, minimizing business impact;

• Lead and develop IT teams, providing the necessary guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.

We are looking for a professional whose mission will be the supervision of IT service delivery, as well as the management of human, financial, and technological resources in order to guarantee the provision of these services effectively and efficiently.

• Proven ability to deliver projects and services efficiently and within established deadlines;

• Proactivity and commitment to drive initiatives and solve problems creatively;

• PMP or Scrum Master certifications are valued.

• Higher education in areas related to IT or Management, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge;

• 3+ years of experience in IT project or service management, with a proven track record of success;

• Proven experience in priority management and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively;
