Customer Sales Technician Darty

YOUR MISSION
The Liga&Encomenda service has the mission to strengthen FNAC and Darty in their omnichannel experience, through an integrated vision of the Customer journey, providing them with a new approach to contact and follow-up in their purchase, with all the Expertise our Customer deserves.

What will your Responsibilities be?

• Attend to and build loyalty with the Customer, with impartiality, in the sale of FNAC products and services, through the telephone channel
• Advise the omnichannel Customer, ensuring pertinent and correct information regarding the different products and services
• Make suggestions for complementary sales, with a view to increasing the conversion rate
• Provide support to the omnichannel Customer, via telephone and through chat and email tools, ensuring the clarification of questions during their shopping experience in the online channel

SCHEDULES AND DAYS OFF

40h weekly, with rotating days off, from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 20:00. Work location: Fnac de Gaia (Hybrid work regime: two days of teleworking)

• Ease in working with various computer systems
• Ability to analyze and relate various points of information
• Excellent ability to communicate (oral and written) and work in a team - Strong orientation towards the Customer, with the proposal of solutions and focus on results- Curiosity and proactivity
