What we're looking for
Minimum educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level (mandatory);

Job Mission
Ensure the handling of all Customer telephone contacts received by Customer Service, providing information regarding pre-shipment and/or post-shipment orders in a correct, efficient, and assertive manner, contributing to the provision of excellent service and to the satisfaction of DHL Express Customers.
