The role
YOUR MISSION
Approach and welcome, serve and build customer loyalty, with impartiality, in the sale of FNAC products and services, operationalizing store procedures. Carry out all necessary operations with reliability and autonomy, including cash register entries and other Customer Service tasks, complying with inherent rules and procedures. Carry out the reception, verification, arrangement, and transfer / return of merchandise, as well as other Logistics & SPV tasks, according to internal procedures and based on the needs of the Store.
How you'll work
SCHEDULES AND DAYS OFF
Availability for Part-Time, 25h/week, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Availability for Part-Time, 30h/week, with rotating days off and afternoon and night shifts.
