Editorial Products Store Operator

YOUR MISSION
Approach and welcome, serve and build customer loyalty, with impartiality, in the sale of FNAC products and services, operationalizing store procedures. Carry out all necessary operations with reliability and autonomy, including cash register entries and other Customer Service tasks, complying with inherent norms and procedures. Carry out the reception, checking, arrangement, and transfer / return of merchandise, as well as other Logistics & SPV tasks, according to internal procedures and based on Store needs.

• Knowledge in the area of Editorial Products, namely in the ranges of Books, Games, and Toys
• Mastery of product and service sales techniques and strategies;
• Focus on the Customer and on results;

• Good communication skills and team spirit;

Availability for 40 hours per week with rotating schedules and days off.
