Additionally, you will take an active role in complying with customer specifications, promoting service improvements, and actively participating in their implementation for all users

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross-selling and upselling of cruise packages as well as related add-on products
• Customer care after booking as well as support with booking management
• Support travel agencies with bookings and the management of bookings
• Support customers with a variety of inquiries, e.g., regarding destinations, ships, required documents, prices, etc.
