Trainee HR - Training Academy (M/F)

By joining our Internship Program, you will get to know our Company for 3 months and you will help us grow along with you.

• Support the management of Training needs, in alignment with the company strategy;
• Support the monitoring of the Annual Training Plan, ensuring its operationalization;
• Provide support in the organization of training actions and events, contacting partners, trainers, and trainees, ensuring their execution, as well as the resources necessary for them;
• Support the construction of training content, using different authoring tools.
• Provide support in the process of design, pedagogical structuring, and production of scripts for digital content.
• Execute the registration of the training activity of the company's employees.
• Support the production of weekly reporting of training indicators.

By joining the Human Resources Management Academy, your main mission will be to support the daily flow of activities in the Training area.

• Academic training in the areas of Educational Sciences, Training and Education, Human Resources Management, or similar;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, namely Excel and Power Point;
• Good oral and written expression;
• Ability to communicate and work in a team;
• Organizational capacity and critical thinking;
• Creativity, Curiosity, and Proactivity;
• A liking for the retail sector and, if you have never worked in this sector, at least Curiosity!
