What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar roles. Experience in operations with large-sized items is valued;
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, specifically WMS (eliminatory factor);
  • Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate/advanced level);
  • Strong capacity for organization, planning, priority management, and decision-making;
  • Experience in team management from an operational perspective;
  • Analytical capacity and results orientation;
  • Good ability to communicate and collaborate with different teams;
  • Ability to design action proposals and continuous improvement plans;
  • Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability.

The role

Integrating into the Logistics Directorate, your main mission will be to plan and coordinate the logistics activities of the external warehouse operation, ensuring the management of goods flows, teams, and resources, while guaranteeing compliance with defined service levels in a high-volume context.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations (reception, storage, picking, and dispatch);
  • Ensure efficient management of goods flows, transport, B2B, and B2C;
  • Ensure stock control and inventory reliability;
  • Guarantee compliance with defined service levels (SLAs) and internal safety and quality standards;
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs;
  • Ensure the daily management and motivation of the team;
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives (continuous improvement processes).
