Trainee HR - Compensation (M/F)

By joining our Internship Program, for 3 months you will get to know our Company and you will help us grow with you. It will be a truly differentiated training experience.

Joining the Compensation & Benefits Department of the Human Resources Directorate, your main mission will be to support the control and guarantee of compliance with administrative and legal procedures associated with the contractual management of the Company's employees.

• Provide support in monitoring and updating registration data and documents associated with the management of employee contracts, in physical and software formats;
• Provide general support regarding the time tracking system and control procedures and in the management of schedules for the Store departments;
• Occupational Medicine management;
• Ensure archive management.

What profile would we like you to have?

• Academic background in the areas of Human Resources Management, Human Resources Psychology, Sociology of Work, or similar;
• Strong orientation towards detail and critical thinking;
• Ability for organization, planning, and priority management;
• Good communication skills and dynamism;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, namely Excel and Word;
• A liking for the retail sector and, if you have never worked in this sector, at least Curiosity!

• 3-month curricular or extracurricular internship agreement;
