Customer Support and Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

• In this project, Agents will act asremote stock and brand product consultants at points of sale;

• They mustinvestigate and analyze sales behavior of the different SKUs (products);

• They must act asspecialized consultants, supporting POSs with their doubts and questions through their knowledge of the brand and products, and, whenever necessary, escalating presented issues/problems to project management.

• Enjoyment of telephone contact with Customers;

• Fluency in the Portuguese language (mandatory);

• With work experience in a Contact Center (minimum 6 months) - support or sales;

• Commercial and communication experience and skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills;

• High orientation towards solutions and problem-solving;

• Positive and proactive attitude.

Technical / Specific Knowledge:to perform this role, it will be necessary to initially possess knowledge and experience in using IT equipment from a user perspective. All other specific tools are subject to internal training.
