What will be your mission?

Integrating into the Administrative and Financial Department, your mission will be to ensure that all receipts for FNAC Portugal are correctly recorded and reflected in the company's bank and accounting accounts. You will be responsible for monitoring financial flows, ensuring the reliability of information, and contributing to the rigorous management of payment methods.

• Control the amounts credited to the FNAC and DARTY Portugal accounts, analyzing discrepancies between theoretical and actual values;
• Validate daily information from stores regarding the different payment methods;
• Perform financial entries and reconciliations, ensuring data consistency and quality;
• Control and record costs associated with bank accounts and financial partners;
• Support stores in clarifying doubts and in the correct application of cash-in procedures;
• Ensure daily control of sales in the system, identifying and reporting non-conformities;
• Consolidate and report payment method shortages at the cash desk;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes.
