• Support for end customers and the dealer network of a premium brand in the automotive sector through different communication channels (telephone, chat, email, and in-person), to clarify issues related to automotive financing
• Processing requests received through different communication channels, prioritizing resolution on the first contact or being able to identify the request and send it to the respective area
• Occasional support to other departments (e.g., Back Office) whenever necessary

• Knowledge in the Banking/Automotive Finance area (preferred)
• Experience in a contact center (preferred)
• IT knowledge from a user perspective
• Dynamism, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
• Availability to perform duties in two locations within the Lisbon district (Parque das Nações and Lagoas Park)
