The role
YOUR MISSION
Approach, welcome the customer, and close the sale in a multifunctional way, providing advice, support, and complete solutions, including the corresponding services, at all stages of their journey. Place the customer's needs at the center of attention and ensure an excellent in-store experience. Perform with reliability and autonomy all cash register operations and other customer service tasks, complying with the inherent rules and procedures. Perform the reception, checking, arrangement, and transfer / return of merchandise, as well as other Logistics and SPV tasks, according to internal procedures and based on Store needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge in the areas of Hardware, Gaming, Telecom, Sound, and Mobility
- Mastery of product and service sales techniques and strategies
- Focus on the Customer and on results
- Excellence in service quality
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Initiative and dynamism
SCHEDULES AND DAYS OFF
- Availability for 20h per week on weekends (Fri, Sat, and Sun) or (Sat, Sun, and Mon)
