The mission of a Production Technician - Integration is to ensure the assembly and integration of components and systems according to technical specifications, guaranteeing the defined quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will contribute to the fulfillment of production plans, ensuring the correct execution of tasks and collaborating to deliver reliable and compliant products.

• Execution of assigned tasks following the instructions of the team leader and the production engineer;

• Follow the production task planning;

• Attendance and respect for start times, end times, breaks, and the duration of assigned tasks;

• Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition;

• Ensure the occupational safety of your team members, avoiding risky behaviors and the misuse of equipment and tools;

• Ensure that produced parts and completed tasks meet the required quality, and in the few cases where they do not, take corrective measures to resolve the problem, and preventive measures to prevent it from happening again;

• Meet defined production and delivery deadlines;

• Maintain a good relationship and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections;

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of your team's work area before, during, and after the execution of tasks;

• Implement instructions received from your superiors;

• Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.

• Minimum schooling;

• Language Requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese, with proven proficiency at the C2 level;

• Computer literacy from a user perspective;

• Rolling knowledge;

• Professional experience in the sector or a similar sector, minimum 2 years;

• Organizational, planning, and decision-making skills;

• Goal orientation;

• Ease of communication and leadership ability.
