The role

The main objective of the Finance department is to manage the financial activity of all Pestana Hotel Group businesses, from Hotel Operations, Real Estate, and Golf to Casinos, in order to guarantee the financial structure and stability of the Group.

What you'll do

Stock management and control
Requisition of items
Reception, verification, and packaging of received items
Recording item entries into the support system (SAP)
Monitoring of physical inventories
Preparation of stock/cost analysis reports

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

12th Grade of Schooling. A Degree in Hotel Management or similar is considered an asset;
Previous experience in similar roles within the hotel sector;
Familiarity with Excel is considered an asset;
Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment;
Driver's License;
Mobility to perform the role in the Greater Lisbon area: between Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra.
