What is it like to be a Logistics & Pricing Assistant?

• Manage and monitor the entire logistics process for used vehicles, from acquisition to availability for sale;
• Coordinate transport, reception, movements, and vehicle deliveries between suppliers, logistics centers, and points of sale;
• Ensure the update and reliability of vehicle information in internal systems;
• Support the management of stock availability, identifying opportunities to optimize vehicle turnover;
• Monitor administrative processes related to documentation, legalization, and vehicle regularization;
• Analyze the used vehicle market, monitoring price trends, supply, and demand;
• Develop and update reports to support decision-making, ensuring the analysis of margins, dwell times, and price competitiveness;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics and pricing processes, promoting the use of digital tools and data analysis;

What do we value?

• Higher education in the areas of Management, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or similar;
• Experience in automotive logistics, stock management, or pricing (preferred);
• High analytical capacity and data orientation;
• Good knowledge of Excel and information analysis tools;
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and team spirit;
• Orientation towards results and continuous improvement.
