Requirements
What we're looking for
· Technical or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or similar areas;
· Professional experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably with planning responsibilities;
· Knowledge of industrial equipment and respective maintenance processes, with experience in the cement industry or similar being valued;
· Knowledge of SAP PM or other maintenance management systems (valued);
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with knowledge of MS Project being valued;
· Ability for organization, planning, analysis, and problem-solving, with an orientation toward continuous improvement;
· Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams;
· Knowledge of technical English and a driver's license (valued).
The role
Secil is a leading Business Group whose activity is based on the production and marketing of cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, mortars, precast concrete, and hydraulic lime. In order to strengthen our Maintenance team at the Maceira and Pataias cement production units.
What you'll do
· Develop, update, and optimize preventive, predictive, and lubrication maintenance plans through SAP PM;
· Plan and prepare maintenance interventions, defining operations, resources, materials, tools, spare parts, and safety requirements;
· Manage and update the annual maintenance plan, ensuring the prioritization of work orders and the balanced distribution of available resources;
· Coordinate the weekly scheduling of maintenance activities, in coordination with the execution teams and other areas;
· Monitor interventions on the ground, ensuring coordination with internal teams and service providers;
· Monitor maintenance performance indicators and participate in failure analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions that contribute to equipment reliability;
· Ensure the updating of technical information, intervention history, and maintenance plans in SAP PM.
