Maintenance Manager (M/F/D) - Bragança

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar;
• Possess at least 5 (five) years of professional experience in maintenance roles for water supply and/or wastewater sanitation systems;
• Solid knowledge of maintenance management, electromechanical equipment, instrumentation, and control;
• Capacity for technical analysis and problem-solving in a structured and proactive manner;
• Planning, organization, and team management skills;
• Good IT knowledge from a user perspective and of maintenance management software;
• Knowledge of applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards and requirements;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team spirit;
• Light vehicle driver's license and availability for travel within the area of operation.

The company plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuity of these essential services, where the daily work of its technical teams is decisive for the protection of natural resources and the safeguarding of public health.

The professional to be recruited will have as their main responsibility to ensure the management, coordination, and technical monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations, guaranteeing operational reliability and asset optimization, namely:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical maintenance activities of WWTPs and pumping stations, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans;
• Prepare, update, and optimize maintenance plans and procedures, based on fault history, performance indicators, and industry best practices;
• Coordinate internal and external technical teams (operators and service providers), ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures, in an articulated manner with the Operations Manager;
• Diagnose technical failures and propose solutions that guarantee service continuity and the improvement of energy and operational efficiency;
• Monitor and control the execution of maintenance contracts for equipment and infrastructure, including the verification of the compliance of the work performed;
• Ensure the management of stocks of spare parts, materials, and equipment, ensuring the necessary availability for interventions;
• Collaborate in the definition of technical specifications and support in the preparation of tender documents and procurement processes for goods and services related to maintenance;
• Ensure the recording and analysis of technical data (faults, interventions, costs, downtime), producing performance reports and proposing improvement measures;
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards applicable to maintenance activities;
• Collaborate with the operation and laboratory teams in monitoring operating parameters and providing technical support for any anomalies.
