- You are responsible for receiving customers

- Executes after-sales schedule management

- Performs invoicing for services rendered

- Captivates the customer for additional services, such as the Caetano Go Card

- Ensures good satisfaction levels in brand interviews

- Performs management of customer promise vehicles

- Scrupulously complies with brand and PGO procedures

- You are an eternal curious soul, discovering new ways to dazzle the customer

- You are attentive, a good listener, and enjoy communicating

- Is responsible, proactive, and knows how to work in a team
