Your tasks

• Sales and service: You help customers find the best offers and book them directly for them. In doing so, you always keep an overview of all details, clarify questions, and ensure a first-class customer experience.

• Support for premium brands: Work for leading brands such as Expedia, IHG, Ruby Hotels, and Accor Hotels and contribute to ensuring guests have unforgettable experiences.

• Problem solving: You address individual customer concerns and always find the best solutions to exceed customer expectations.
