Requirements

Fluent speaker of Portuguese (C1+) + Good knowledge of English (B2)
Availability to work in shifts

Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit.
Availability for rotating schedules.
Love identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions.
Valid Work Permit from Portugal / Eu Id
