SME Project Manager - (m/f/x)

Our client is a market leader in the telecommunications sector and is looking for a Project Manager to join the SME Commercial Experience Directorate.

  • Particip autonomously and end-to-end in business journey optimization projects, acting as a bridge between the commercial teams and the business.
  
  
  • Map commercial journeys and perform operational diagnostics in direct contact with operations.
  
  
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities (simplification of flows, dematerialization, and automation of manual processes).
  
  
  • Define, structure, and monitor KPIs and project success metrics.
  
  
  • Ensure the effective adoption of new solutions and tools by the commercial channels.
  
  
  • Prepare reports and supporting documentation to be shared with various stakeholders.
  
  

• skills

  
  
  • Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management and continuous process improvement.
  
  
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce / Vlocity) and commercial registration/provisioning tools.
  
  
  • Strong analytical capacity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
  
  
  • Excellent communication skills, ease of interpersonal relationships, and ability to influence.
  
  
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism in managing priorities.
