Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources projects.

  • Experience in the management and coordination of assessment projects and HR process transformation.

  • Solid knowledge of SAP HR / SAP HCM.

  • Experience in Human Resources processes and system integration.

  • Ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum Master (PSM I/II) and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications, or equivalents according to project requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex organizational transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of HR operating models.

  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

The role

At IRIUM, we are looking for a senior professional to lead strategic projects for the transformation and modernization of Human Resources processes.

Preferred Competencies

Regime: Hybrid - Lisbon.

Salary Range: €2,100-€2,300 gross per month.
