Integration Project Manager

• Proven experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience in Middleware, Systems Integration, or Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) projects.
• Knowledge of integration platforms, such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM ACE, MuleSoft, TIBCO, WSO2, Oracle Integration, Red Hat Fuse, or equivalents.
• Experience in coordinating technical teams and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Experience in managing complex environments and integrations between multiple applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), messaging, and integration architectures.
• Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and results orientation.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Middleware and Systems Integration environments to participate in a technological transformation project for a reference client in the energy sector.

The role involves the cross-functional management of technological initiatives, ensuring alignment between development, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams, as well as the coordination of implementation, transition, and production entry activities.

• Manage Middleware and Integration projects, ensuring compliance with defined objectives, deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration between Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Operations.
• Ensure the planning and monitoring of the different project phases, from requirements analysis to production entry.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans, ensuring proactive project management.
• Follow up with technology vendors and partners involved in the initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics for progress, quality, and stability of the implemented solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and the proposed technical solutions.
• Produce regular reporting for stakeholders and top management.
