What you'll get

The role
We are recruiting a Traffic Manager for a leading company in the distribution sector located in Sintra.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring route optimization and the efficiency of available resources.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with schedules and safety standards.
- Manage communication between the driver team and the logistics department to ensure the effective resolution of operational problems.
- Analyze traffic data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic management or logistics within the distribution sector.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a strong orientation towards results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of IT tools for traffic and logistics management.
- Own transport.
