Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and technical coordination roles
- Proven experience managing complex technology projects, particularly cloud migration initiatives
- Overall responsibility for coordinating the technical team and liaising with Lisbon City Council (CML)
- Ability to define strategic project plans and oversee phased project execution, including migration waves
- Experience monitoring project performance and ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Strong leadership, organisational and technical team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with CML management
- Mandatory project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or IPMA Level C or higher
