We are a Portuguese company specializing in software solutions for the financial sector, with a strong focus on Middleware, Mobile, UI/UX, and Web Design & Development. What you'll do

Be the link between client/business needs and the development teams
Plan and monitor projects from end to end, anticipating deviations and risks
Keep everything organized through the issue tracking system
Execute functional tests and ensure the quality of deliveries
Prepare reports and documentation for the area
Work side by side with business, technical, and UX/UI teams
Analyze and monitor functional change requests
Coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and challenging environment

What we are looking for in you

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
Training and/or technical experience in Computer Engineering / Application Development
Strong customer orientation
Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Notion
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships of trust
Autonomy, proactivity, and an organized spirit
Occasional schedule flexibility at key moments (production deployments)
Availability for occasional travel abroad
Technical background in IT/Cybersecurity
Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
