What we're looking for

  • skills

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, with active and valid registration in the Ordem dos Engenheiros (OE) or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (OET);


    Solid and proven experience in site management and direction within the Civil Construction sector;


    Proficiency in project management tools and planning and budgeting software, namely MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office;


    In-depth knowledge of project management, labor and contracting legislation, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, and construction techniques;


    High capacity for planning, organization, and interpersonal communication, with resilience and an appetite for managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;


    Valid driver's license.

The role

A company in strong expansion within the civil construction and public works sector is looking for a dynamic and innovative Civil Engineer to join its team.

What you'll do

  • key responsibilities

    Integral Construction Cycle Management: Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, from site setup to the formal handover of final stages;


    Team and Subcontractor Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary work teams and manage the hiring, planning, and performance of subcontractors on-site;


    Financial Control and Optimization: Continuously monitor profitability margins, manage measurement reports, and conduct technical negotiations regarding extra works or errors and omissions;


    Interface with Client and Supervision: Represent the company in strategic meetings, ensuring fluid communication and the swift resolution of any technical conflicts.
