  We are looking to engage 1 HR Operations / People Services professionals who would provide day-to-day support across a range of People Services activities, including:

  
  

  Employee lifecycle administration and support
  HR case management and ticket resolution
  HR data management and maintenance
  Documentation and process administration
  Compliance and audit support activities
  Employee and manager support across various HR channels
  Continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  Support for service delivery, accuracy, responsiveness, and quality standards

  
  
  

  The resources will be expected to work closely with our internal People Services organization and support employees across the Americas region. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) and experience working within HR Shared Services or HR Operations environments are essential.
