Requirements
What we're looking for
- 12th grade or technical-professional training in the areas of Technical Drawing, Civil Construction, AutoCAD, or similar;
- Experience in AutoCAD (mandatory requirement);
- Valid driver's license (mandatory);
Nice to have
- Experience in monitoring and coordination of works (preferred);
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and/or rendering software (valued);
- Experience in licensing processes with Municipal Councils (valued);
- Knowledge of English (preferred);
- Knowledge of Spanish is preferred).

The role
We are DIGI Portugal, a fast-growing telecommunications company, part of the DIGI Group, with over 30 years of experience and a presence in several European countries, such as Romania, Spain, Italy, and Belgium.
We are expanding our operation in Portugal and are looking for a Projects and Works Technician to join our team. If you have experience in AutoCAD, enjoy monitoring projects on-site, and are looking for a challenge where you can participate in all phases of a construction project, this opportunity could be for you.
What you'll do
- Visit, analysis, and surveying of commercial and corporate spaces.
- Preparation of technical projects (architectural plans, occupancy capacity calculations, ventilation, and acoustics according to municipal regulations).
- Preparation of photographic reports and technical documentation.
- Preparation of budgets, analysis of items, and construction certifications.
- Monitoring and direction of works, both in person and remotely.
- Coordination and management of suppliers.
How you'll work
- Availability for travel
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Skills and competencies
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Driver's License.
