Requirements

What we're looking for

  • skills

    Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in backend development.
    Consolidated mastery of Java (version 17 or higher), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
    Solid experience in building and integrating APIs and version control with Git.
    Practice in asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
    Experience in containerized environments with Docker and orchestration in Kubernetes.
    Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile).
    Capacity for organization, autonomy, and orientation towards achieving team objectives.



    We value


    Knowledge and practical experience in Document Management processes, OCR, and GenAI (priority factor).
    Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

The role

What you'll do

    Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions.
    Identify and implement best practices in architecture and software development patterns.
    Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to assist and optimize development workflows.
    Produce clear technical documentation to support the developed systems.
    Provide technical support and mentorship to junior programmers, including task specification and validation of deliverables.
    Ensure knowledge transfer and operational support to the production team.
    Articulate functional requirements and technical priorities directly with the Product Owner.
