What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (post-Bologna process).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management in market-leading companies.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in the English language, both oral and written.
- General computer knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Project.
The role
What you'll do
The main functions to be performed will be:
- Monitoring and coordination of the construction site
- Preparation of the construction re-budgeting.
- Consultation/Negotiation/Awarding of Subcontracts and Supplies.
- Execution and rigorous monitoring of the construction work plan.
- Daily management of human resources (sizing of construction teams), materials, equipment, and costs, always with the objective of ensuring quality and complying with all hygiene, safety, and environmental rules.
- Supervise the control of Quality, Safety, and Environment of the construction site in coordination with the Safety Technician and the Foreman.
- Preparation of Measurement Reports for Subcontractors and Production Reports with the Client.
- Contractual management with the Client and Supervision.
- Economic control of the Project.
