Construction Management and Supervision (m/f)

- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred factor);

- 5-10 years of professional experience in project/construction management and its coordination/supervision;

- Knowledge of Autocad, MS Project, MS Office;

- Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);

- Driver's license

- Availability to travel (within and outside of Portugal)

- Planning and organizational capacity, team spirit, ease of communication, and a high sense of integrity/responsibility.

- Coordination, management, and supervision of construction works, ensuring execution within deadlines and budgets;

- Preparation of technical-legal tenders aimed at the selection of designers, contractors, and other suppliers;

- Preparation and monitoring of construction planning, project compatibility, and alignment of the various resources involved;

- Control of the execution of contractual deadlines, budget, and construction quality;

- Economic-financial monitoring of projects, especially in their planning, measurement, contracting, preparation, preparation of measurement reports and invoicing, and their validation;

- Preparation of periodic physical-economic progress reports;

- Conducting monitoring meetings and their respective minutes;

- Carrying out inspections and preparing provisional and final acceptance certificates for the works, as well as monitoring their warranty processes;

- Monitoring of construction licensing, including relationship management with design and licensing entities.
