Ancorpor | Site Engineer II (m/f/d)

Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes at Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through compliance with deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost, through the adequate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources. And acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

• Plan and coordinate site activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and profits, as well as existing deviations, implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure execution quality and objectives defined in line with the defined technical specifications;
• Coordinate with operations support areas, specifically regarding the assessment of physical resource needs (equipment and materials), human resources, and the operational management of the construction site;
• Definition of the Strategic Execution Plan in coordination with DOP/DP/DUN to achieve the defined strategic objectives;
• Maintain permanent coordination with the Client's team regarding contract compliance, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes;
• Promote and integrate development approaches for ventures that integrate people, systems, business structures, and professional practices into a process that allows for the optimization of venture results, increases value for the client, reduces waste, and maximizes efficiency in the project stages, from production to construction;
• Propose industrialization solutions to clients as a technical solution to the project, allowing for a reduction in construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes, enabling greater quality control and traceability;
• Respond to requests from external entities, notably regulatory entities, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all necessary monitoring and information gathering;
• Periodically lead meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the status of the works and define preventive or corrective actions;
• Proceed with the development of reporting, implementation, and development of essential routine cycles, such as the strategic execution plan, general site planning, implementation and updating of the fortnightly site planning, procurement maps, provisional certificates, and certificates - clients / contractors;
• Based on the policies established by the company and legal and contractual requirements, define, implement, and monitor site plans and inspect processes in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Safety.
