The role

What you'll do
key responsibilities
- Preparation and cooking of dishes with quality and consistency standards, respecting the defined technical sheets and recipes;
- Monitoring of stock levels and inventory, reporting needs for ordering raw materials and fresh ingredients;
- Active participation in the elaboration of suggestions and continuous improvement of menus in collaboration with the kitchen team;
- Ensuring strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP system), as well as the cleanliness and organization of the space
