Requirements
What we're looking for
✓ Bachelor's/Integrated Master's degree in Civil Engineering;
✓ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Management in market-leading companies;
✓ Good communication skills;
✓ Proficiency in the English language in oral and written components;
✓ General IT knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Project.
The role
What you'll do
The main functions to be performed will be:
✓ Monitoring and coordination of the construction site together with all Production Support Depts;
✓ Preparation of the construction re-budgeting;
✓ Inquiry/Negotiation/Awarding of Subcontracts and Supplies;
✓ Execution and rigorous monitoring of the construction work plan;
✓ Daily management of human resources (sizing of construction teams), materials, equipment, and costs, always with the objective of guaranteeing quality, and ensuring compliance with all hygiene, safety, and environmental rules;
✓ Supervise the control of Quality, Safety, and Environment of the construction site in coordination with the Safety Technician and the Foreman;
✓ Preparation of Measurement Reports for Subcontractors and Production Reports with the Client;
✓ Contractual management with the Client and Supervision;
✓ Economic control of the Project.
