The role

Job Title

What you will do

🔹 Gather, validate, and prioritize the client's technical needs, translating them into specifications understandable by the Systems and Networks teams.

🔹 Serve as an interlocutor between the client and the TAMs, monitoring the execution of requests, projects, and contractual SLAs.

🔹 Manage expectations regarding deadlines, technical limitations, and trade-offs, propose proactive actions, and document decisions and the agreed architecture.

Requirements

What we are looking for (mandatory requirements)

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management, design, and implementation of infrastructures and networks

✅ Proficiency in BGP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPNs, and firewalls

✅ Experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including the design and management of Wi-Fi networks

✅ Experience in monitoring infrastructure, systems, networks, and security implementation projects

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and incident reports produced by TAM teams

✅ Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to speak with both technical and business interlocutors

✅ English B2/C1

✅ Driver's license and availability for travel

⭐ Fortinet technologies and NSE certifications (alternatively, Cisco CCNP or equivalents)

⭐ Functional knowledge of VMware, Citrix, Veeam, storage (Dell PowerStore and Data Domain), and AD DS

⭐ Familiarity with monitoring (Zabbix or equivalent)

⭐ Experience in an MSP/outsourcing context and contact with OT/industrial environments

Work regime:

📍 Hybrid, with 3 to 4 days per week on-site in Figueira da Foz
