Requirements

What we're looking for

· At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a functional or business analyst in software projects.

· Ability to think of end-to-end solutions, anticipate impacts, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.

· Experience in flexible environments and ability to adapt to change.

· Willingness to collaborate, suggest improvements, and learn from the team.

Nice to have

· Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English are valued.

· Technical background (or professional experience that allows for a good understanding of the logic and architecture of solutions) will be an advantage.

What you'll do

· Work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to define robust functional solutions aligned with product objectives.

· Map and analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose concrete improvements.

· Lead functional initiatives, with autonomy to define the path forward and align expectations.

· Support product delivery with a focus on value, consistency, and functional clarity.

· Be a point of reference for more junior analysts and actively contribute to the evolution of the area.
