IT Project Manager

Your objective will be to ensure the end-to-end management of Information Systems projects, guaranteeing alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and expected deliverables. You will play a fundamental role in team coordination, vendor management, and monitoring project evolution, contributing to the organization's digital transformation.

• Define and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables;

• Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints, promoting appropriate mitigation actions;

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, articulating business areas, technical teams, and external vendors;

• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring visibility regarding progress, risks, and deviations;

• Monitor performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management;

• Manage changes in requirements and scope, assessing impacts on timeline, cost, and quality;

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures;

• Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with assumed commitments;

• Promote continuous improvement of project management practices and organizational processes;

• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and formal project closure.
