Overview:
The Data & AI team is looking for a profile for the AI Delivery Lead role. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment between business, data, and technology throughout the entire project lifecycle. They will play a fundamental role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and the industrialization of AI solutions, ensuring that these generate effective value for the business and meet quality, security, and scalability requirements.

What will be your challenge / mission in the role:
As an AI Delivery Lead at Ageas Portugal, you will have the responsibility to lead the delivery of Artificial Intelligence initiatives from conception to production. You will be the link between business teams, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architecture, Security, and Operations, ensuring that solutions are successfully delivered, within defined deadlines, and with the expected quality levels.

What will your day-to-day in the team be like?
• Define and manage the technical delivery roadmap for Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors involved in the development and industrialization of AI solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and technical execution.
• Ensure the planning, monitoring, and delivery of projects within defined deadlines and objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor the industrialization of use cases, promoting their operationalization and adoption by business areas.
• Ensure the application of best practices in development, MLOps, DevOps, observability, and the operation of AI solutions in accordance with the AI Architecture team's guidelines.
• Collaborate with AI Architecture, Security, and Data teams to ensure the compliance of implemented solutions.
• Regularly communicate project progress to different stakeholders in the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and delivery models in the Data & AI area.
Technical Competencies:
• Experience in the delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions in a business context.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and the main data and AI services.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and technologies associated with the development of AI solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and monitoring of solutions in production.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and data platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AgenticAI technologies and frameworks, including RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and collaborative development tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in technological roles, including relevant experience in the delivery of AI, Analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
• Proven experience in leading complex technological projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Experience in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Certifications in Agile, Azure, Data & AI, or Project Management will be valued.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, oral and written.
